Services Policies

Our Professional Networks have over 500,000 Providers and Millions of Members using these Services each Year. You can use any of the services available to you in your area, as much and as often as you want, and discontinue at any time. When you present your Card to a Participating Provider, you will receive a Discount at of time of Service. Please read the following instructions carefully in order to maximize your Discounts.

How to Use Your Services:

  1. You can expect to receive your permanent services packet in 15-20 business days after activation.
  2. Please read the description for each benefit.
  3. To locate participating providers in your area, check the listing included with this services packet. For additional provider locations conveniently located near your home and work, simply call the appropriate number on the back of your card or make use of our online Provider Locator.
  4. Simply remove your services card and keep it with you at all times so it will be easily accessible to present at provider locations.
  5. If you have any questions on how to use your services, email us at support@procardinternational.com, and we will provide prompt friendly assistance.
  6. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our Products and/or Services, you may cancel at any time without Obligation.
  7. Procard International also has a very simple cancellation policy for its PCI card holders:
    If for any reason ANY PCI card holders wants to discontinue the services, the Member may terminate services at any time by written notification to Procard International. Upon receipt of written notification (and services card(s)), membership will discontinue on the next one to two billing statements, depending on the processing date of written notification. There is no refund for processing or other services fees. It is the mutual responsibility of the PCI card holders and the Company to keep the services in force. To guarantee uninterrupted service, the Company continues the services unless notified by PCI card holders in writing. Annual services will automatically be converted to monthly memberships at renewal time and follow the same policies as with monthly services. Annual memberships may stay as an annual services upon written request by PCI card holders to Support@ProcardInternational.com or the request may be mailed in. All services are protected by the following standard policy: “I hereby authorize my bank or credit card Company to debit my Account on the 23rd of each month (unless the 23rd falls on a weekend or holiday, in which event the debit takes place on the last business day before the 23rd) and pay Procard International (hereinafter called the “Company”) the current monthly amount each month beginning next month including periodic rate increases. This authorization is to remain in force until the “Company” has received written notification of the termination in such time and in such manner as to afford the “Company” and/or the bank(s) a reasonable option to act on it. In the event that the “Company” notifies the bank(s) or credit card Company that funds transferred were not entitled to the Company, I hereby authorize and direct the bank(s) to return said funds to the PCI card holders Account.” Acceptance of services or 3 business days after purchase affirms the above procedures.
